Put bank file formatting inside your product
Accounting platforms, AP automation, payroll systems, and check printers keep rebuilding the same thing: positive pay issue files and NACHA files in every bank's dialect. That engine is our whole product. You can license it.
Client-side by design. The engine is TypeScript that runs in the browser or in your backend. In the embedded configuration your customers' check and payment data never touches our infrastructure, and never has to touch yours beyond where it already lives. There is no hosted API to certify, queue behind, or explain in your security review.
What a license includes
- The generation and validation engines running on this site: positive pay (delimited and fixed-width, per-bank void handling) and NACHA (full control math, per-bank profile flags, prenote test files).
- The bank format library, every format transcribed from published bank documentation with the source cited and a confidence label.
- Updates as banks change their specs, from the same request pipeline that feeds the public tools.
- Delivery as a self-hosted package or embeddable ES module. White-label; your UI, your brand.
- Email support with an agreed response time.
Flat annual license, from $2,000 per year depending on scope and seat count. No per-file metering: metering would require us to see usage, and not seeing your data is the point.
Who this fits
Vertical SaaS with customers who upload issue files to their banks, AP and payroll platforms adding direct bank delivery, ERP integrators replacing per-client custom scripts, and check printing services whose customers keep asking for "the file for my bank". If your support queue contains the phrase "positive pay format" or "NACHA file", this replaces that backlog.
How evaluation works
Email [email protected] with what your product does and which banks your customers ask about. You can exercise the exact engine today, free, in the positive pay generator, the NACHA generator, and the validator: what those tools do in the browser is what the package does in your product.
This software formats and checks files. It moves no money and is not a payment service; funds move solely through your customers' own banks.
